Welcome to Balboa Plumbing & Heating Services. My name is Neil Stephen and I am a City and Guild trained Edinburgh plumber with 30 years experience providing plumbing and gas services in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. I am corgi registered and carry public liabilities insurance. Most of my business is obtained by personal recommendation which enables me to provide a professional and personal service to all my customers; many returning on an annual basis for boiler services and any other works required. A recent addition to the services I offer is the power flushing of water filled central heating systems. |
